Terms of Use

Keepy — Photo Cleanup App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Keepy (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). The App is owned and operated by ZealSofts Innovative Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Keepy is a mobile application available on iOS and Android that helps users organize and declutter their photo library. The App allows users to review photos using swipe gestures and categorize them as keep, delete, maybe, or favorite. Users can permanently delete unwanted photos through the native device photo library, track storage freed, and view review statistics.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information as necessary.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Keepy offers both free and premium tiers. Free users may review up to 100 photos. Premium features are available through in-app purchases managed by RevenueCat.

Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective store’s terms. We do not directly process or store payment information.

6. Photo Library Access and Deletion

The App requires access to your device’s photo library to function. Keepy reads photo metadata (such as dimensions and file type) to display and organize your images. Keepy does not upload, transmit, or store your photos on any external server.

When you choose to delete photos, the App uses the native iOS or Android photo library API to request permanent deletion. Your device’s operating system will display a confirmation dialog before any photos are permanently removed. This action is irreversible once confirmed on your device.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) interfere with the operation of the App or its infrastructure; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or networks; or (e) use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to design, graphics, text, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of ZealSofts Innovative Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We are not responsible for any loss of photos, data, or storage resulting from your use of the App. You acknowledge that photo deletion is permanent and irreversible once confirmed through your device’s native dialog.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZEALSOFTS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PHOTOS, OR LOSS OF STORAGE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s Settings screen.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
