ZealSofts provides software development, web development, mobile application development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and IT consulting services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZealSofts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
